Does anyone know if its possible to insert a verified checkmark (like social media) next to our agents names on the email threads? This would help increase trust in the conversation

    Hey Dan,

    You can put emojis in there. I just copied and paste an emoji in there. I did a quick test and here's what it looks like. Note in my agent signature I'm using an Alias. You can also put the emoji directly in the full agent name on the profile at the top as well. 

     

    Here's what it looks like to the end-user on the email notification when it comes through. 

    Pretty neat huh. Hope this helps with what you're after.

    P.S you can also put Emojis in View names to make this a bit more visual for your agents as well. ;)
