Talk API properties updateRespondida
If you enable "callback request" in your widget the customer can choose if they want to write their name and/or leave a message (description).
The properties that you can use now with the Talk API are these three on the picture here:
It would benefit my company alot if we could edit this name and description filed so we can use this so that we display where the customer (from our website) the customer is asking for a call.

Could you give me more details on this use case? The callback request message does not contain the user name and description, so I wonder how you are passing this values to the system.
