Hello,
Can you please make it available to view previous chats of customers in the history section? When I want to view a previous chat from a customer it takes me a lot of time to go through all the other chats.

@... if you are a joint Support + Chat customer, have you tried using agent workspace? It makes it easier to see past conversations across channels (not just chats) and may be something worth playing with if you haven't done so already.
