Search for Callback Tickets

It would be helpful to have a way to search for callback tickets. Or, create a view for callback tickets. Or, change the ticket subject text for callback tickets. Currently, there seems to be no way to differentiate a callback ticket from any other phone call ticket.

Has this feature been added? Is there a way to differentiate between tickets for callbacks that did not happen and tickets set up for calls forwarded?
