    Hi Vijay,

    Any update for already shared tickets should be reflected in real-time. Are you experiencing the delay since you started using it or just recently? If the delay is present from the time that you set up the sharing, it could be because they are not updating the ticket always. However, if this came about recently, I highly suggest that you initiate some test actions on your tickets to determine that there is an actual delay.

    Nevertheless, I saw that you already have a Support request open. Our Customer Support will help you sort this out
