Customer email auto-relply problem. Duplicate tickets and go in a loop.
RespondidaI have some clients who have a vacation message on the email as an autoresponder. When they open a ticket it is duplicated. A reply ticket and an auto-reply ticket for their email. In some cases a loop is generated, a ticket is created for each auto-raply response of the customer's email.
How do I resolve?
