Add forwarding agent as follower

When creating a new ticket via forwarded email I would like that the forwarding agent would become automatically a follower to the new ticket. Any idea how can it be done?

Hi Hugo, that is a good question. I have verified that this is not possible at the moment and no workarounds can be used as an alternative.
