Solved tickets

Hi Bernadeth - There are a few different ways you can see the solved tickets.

The first would be to search for solved tickets. You can do this by searching for status:solved in the search bar.

The second would to create a new ticket view that only shows solved tickets. You'll do this by adding a 'Status is Solved' condition when creating this view.

Lastly, you could query for solved tickets in Explore. You'll find a few different Explore recipes that reference Solved tickets here to help give you an idea.
