I'm looking to create personalized KPI dashboards for a large number of agents, these dashboards will be the same except for the agent that it is filtered on. I would like for this agent filter to match the agent who is viewing it.
So for example, Agent A can look at the dashboard and see the # of tickets they have solved and thier customer satisfaction.They cannot see Agent B's measures though.
I'm new to Explore, and the Zendesk suite in general, is there a way of implementing this kind of personalization while maintaining privacy for other agents? Something similar to row-level security function in Power BI? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-admin-rls
