Bulk Sync

I would like to have bulk sync without having to export and import all the data from and into SFDC.

We used to have this option with the old integration and now we don't.

I don't have admin access to SFDC and it's just a hassle to do that every time.

    Hi @... ,

    We recently released the app Elements Connect to help Zendesk users bulk import ticket field values from external data sources as well as sync the values to update them, but Salesforce is not yet a supported datasource.

    We're trying to better learn what Zendesk users need: would you mind looking at the app listing and letting me know if it's the sort of thing that could work for you if Salesforce as available as a datasource? For example, where/how are you currently using Salesforce data in Zendesk?
