    Thanks for your suggestions.

    If you know certain groups need to be on Chat and Talk at different times of day, there are some API resources you might be able to leverage. There are some WFM partners that might have the ability to move agents in and out of groups on a schedule. Another feature you may find useful is 'Focus Mode'.

    When we look at call routing we will consider your suggestions.
