Suggested People in Communications Center

Hello, 

Allow the ability to turnout notifications for suggested people in the communication center. Screenshot attached. Each time I go into the Communication center it will suggest new people that should be added to Sell but only one at a time. 

Please add an option to toggle this feature off.
