Let me search for chat id Strings in the search box

I'd like to be able to find chats based off the chat ID string. This is a unique value that is gathered in the ticket,  that makes it much simpler to find the *correct* chat in the chat history, especially if the person has chatted in many times before.

    Hi CJ,

    Thanks for your comment. Although we have no immediate plans to offer searching for chats in the History tab based on the chat id, I have a workaround that may help you out.

    If you go to https://subdomain.zendesk.com/chat/transcripts/chatid after you have logged in, it will load the transcript and visitor information for you to read.

    If you want to do actions on a chat based on the chat id, you will then need to search for the visitor name or do the action using the REST API

    Hi Ramin,

    That workaround is something I already use, but it's not as helpful as the actual chat session and user profile, and does not contain all the same information as the chat history does.
