I was coming up short on Google searches and thought I'd ask in here to see what stuck. Here goes nothing...
We are using our community site to take in product feedback, generating Zendesk tickets. When we close them, the integrated satisfaction rating system kicks in so we are gathering CSAT from those. I wasn't sure what a good/benchmark rating here should be, as its not customer support. Something like this may not exist but wanted to ask.
