Unable to upgrade my account
I've been trying to upgrade my account for a few days without success.
After I make the changes and hit "Update Subscription" It starts to process but then reverts back to plan details that reflect no changes. No error alerts, no success alerts. Nothing.
Please help for I would like to take advantage of the upgraded features that Zendesk has to offer.
I look forward to a response.
