Can you please enable "export" for my account?
Hi all,
Please we would need the "export" function enabled for our Zendesk account, cause we are forced to import data in a new system but we do not have the function set yet: https://smartika.zendesk.com/

This is something we will need to enable internally but will need account specific information before doing so. I'm going to create a ticket on your behalf so our Customer Care team can look into this further.

Hey Luca,
Sure! You should have received an email notification stating your ticket has been created and your ticket number will be #9956994.
You can also check the My Activities page in Guide to see your list of tickets you have open with us :)
