    Thank you for posting your question to the Community! Different browsers do have unique/specific requirements. My first recommendation would be to take a look at our [CORS troubleshooting article](https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408881672730). It points out a lot of things to look for within your site that may be interfering and causing this issue.
     
    If you've gone through all these troubleshooting steps and you're still having issues, please let us know and we can go ahead and create a ticket for you to deep dive more into it.
