Setting Agents Status in Chat

As an admin we need to be able to alter an agents status in Chat, like we can in Talk. We just had a team member leave unwell and cannot easily switch them to invisible.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. There is actually an existing thread for this request here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4409217442074-Feature-Request-Give-Admins-Ability-to-Change-Agent-Status?page=2#comments

There is some long term work to unify agent status across products which would then allow for a central place for supervisors to set and modify agent statuses when required. Would recommend you follow the existing thread to get updated on any new releases that solve the request.
