How do I schedule a call with Zendesk support?Respondida
Our marketing team wants to get on a call with the Zendesk support to discuss some persistent issues at length which can't happen through chat.
If you have an account manager, they would be able to help you organise something like this.
We don't have any account managers associated with our account.

If your issues are persistent, they may require troubleshooting that would benefit from a written exchange that allows our support staff to investigate, troubleshoot, and network with internal experts, thereby being able to provide you a better answer than can likely be delivered via a phone call. You can also present your issues here if you'd prefer.
