How do I disable the "Feature Usages" panel for certain roles/agents?
Hi,
I have a multibrand set up in Zendesk.
Each brand has a group of agents, sitting in different offices globally. Agents are restricted to being only able to see information and tickets related to their brand.
Data Privacy is of utmost importance.
The "Feature Usages" tab on the settings panel, shows Macros, Triggers and Automations from across these brands, exposing data between brands.
How can I restrict agents from seeing this panel? There must be a way.

At the moment, removing or hiding this function from Support is not yet available in Zendesk.
