Zendesk Explore scheduled dashboard came as Empty
Hello Team,
I scheduled 10 dashboards to receive the file as CSV in my email, however, 4 of the emails came as empty Zip files and the rest came as expected. I have to then manually download those 4 "query" data files every day, even though the size of those CSV files are less than 25MB.
Is there any workaround for this issue, please?
