Is it possible to hide either the "New Ticket" link under the Add tabType, or Requester field in Ticket Panel

    Hi Howard! I'm not aware of any way to prevent agents from creating new tickets, but you can hide the Requester from your tickets using the Ticket Field Manager App. Just enter "Requester" in the "Hidden form fields" section and it will be hidden from everyone in the instance. If you want to allow certain groups to continue to see that field, you'll need to add those group IDs to the "Allowed groups for hidden fields" section. To get a list of the group IDs, just go to yoursubdomain.zendesk.com/api/v2/groups and you can select the ones that you want to allow from there.
