Filter CCs List or Prevent Certain Agent from seeing all end_users
Hello I was wondering if there a way either with custom app or within zendesk. We have 2 teams same zendesk instance, we want to prevent a group of agent from seeing all end_users, is this possible? Can we return or own list of CC's? Or is there something in Zendesk we can add for this function

Hi Michael! If you'd like to limit the access of end users to specific agents, you will want to create a custom role that will give you that functionality. There may be some ways to accomplish this through a custom app, however they would be much more complex than simply using a custom role!

Will this also filter out what end_users they see on CC list?

Or is there way I can return my own custom CC list?

This will filter out end users from them in every location, including the CCs.

I just created a user with a custom Role, he currently has 1 person in his organization when I search for a user not in his Org on CC's its returned.
