Zendesk Admin - iPad Capability

Did anyone else find the new interface update affect the way you can make changes to your system such as creating fields or saving changes? I can no longer save a field I created or even look at fields paste page one because everything at the bottom of my screen disappears and won’t stay above the screen line to press save.

I am sorry to hear that your workflow is disrupted by using a mobile device in the Admin Center. We are working to improve the responsive view of the the Admin Center with each project we work on. That does not help much with the app right now though. I will document and categorize the pain point for future reference. Thank you for your feedback.

Rusty Gregory Yes that is correct. I did create a ticket and was told that Zendesk does not support for browser in mobile devices and that the mobile app does not allow for Admin Center use. This is a bummer because I was able to do pretty much everything except change an individual’s role through my iPad.

I want to conform based on the title, are you having troubles seeing the bottom navigation with the save button while working on an iPad? If that is not the case I would recommend creating a z2 ticket.
