Request for Enrich text on chat bot messages, like bold,underline, highlight or the possibility of including images, hyperlinks, videos etc for all suites

    Hi Sebastian, Thank you for the feedback. Providing engaging experiences for end-users is something we have been hearing a lot from our customers and the great news is we have plans to start providing some of these rich content configuration types in Q4. 

    If you can share which ones are the most important to you and how you intend to use them, this will help us prioritise. You can also add this feedback to our product feedback board.
