Using login functionality does not send email address

    Hi Paul! It looks like you saw a similar post shortly after this where it was stated that the email functionality in the agent workspace is coming in a future release. Regarding the answer bot prompt, it is expected behavior that when using authentication, it will not ask for name and email, as we document here.

    Hi Paul,
     
    This change is still coming in the future.  But if it fits your use case for now, you can pass the email address as the external ID in the JWT payload.
