Number of tickets via user language
Feature Request Summary:
Zendesk Explore should have a metric that automatically traces the user's language. This is already traced when Zendesk sets the user's language.
Companies can use the per-language data to accurately supply against forecasting and queue demands for these languages.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is critical for our business as we are looking into ways to internationalize our support team and need an automated way to track user languages.
