Feature Request Summary:
It would be helpful if there was an option to change ticket fields before cloning a ticket using the "Clone Ticket" app. Note, this functionality would not impact the old ticket at all.
Want to follow-up on an old ticket with a client & report improvements. However, don't want the cloned ticket to set off triggers/automations b/c of the tags/fields it has retains on Creation.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
Our main impact is getting false alerts on a "new ticket" coming in with high priority or some other field set, which we don't want.
