Enable app (on sidebar) when creating new ticket

I have an App which Initiated when i open any ticket in zendesk.
What i want to achieve is, the same App should be initialize when i am creating new ticket.

is that possible or i have to follow to different way.

      You're looking for the "new ticket sidebar" location. I'd suggest reading our documentation about different app locations.
