Android SDK - Find Opening Hours of Chat
Hello,
I was wondering if in any SDKs you offer we can find the opening hours of livechat, or find out there's any agents available for a certain department, or for any department without triggering a chat session.
FYI: I'm using Android.

Hey Steven,
The chat hours isn't something we expose in the SDK, though you can get department and agent availability. We talk about this in our documentation here.
