The new Support ticket system doesn't include an option to easily copy the email (the previous version included an option in the details of the end user).
The most basic use case:
- a user contact us for X problem or to get access to their purchase
- we need their email address to enter the email in other system to query its purchase by email address
Without the "copy email address" option now we have to "Edit" the address, select the whole email address, copy it, and then cancel the email edition.
As a side note, it would be great if the option to copy the email address is available in the same screen where we can read each email/message (I think this is related to https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4409217567258-Add-option-to-copy-email-address-to-user-s-email-address-dropdown )
