How to reach a manager?
RespondidaHow does someone go about speaking with a support supervisor or manager about an absolutely terrible support experience! Your team made a mistake and didn't add our newly ported numbers to our account, so they've been down all weekend due to your negligence. The rep I spoke with trying to escalate this issue passed the buck, ignored the urgency of the issue, and it's still not resolved!

Sorry to hear you were running into issues getting your numbers ported to your account. I did some digging on my end and it looks like your ticket was recently updated by our Customer Care team and they followed up with Twilio to get your numbers ported.
Can you confirm you received that email?
