1. How do differenciate Group name (user facing, for intermal use)
1-1. If there is way, can I make Group name with 2 versions?
(Customer facing, one for English, one for another language)
I realized Group/Department names are shown to the customers upon answering the ticket.
Is there a way to differentiate the Group name for internal use and for customers?
Hope there is a way to do this by Admins.
Or can this be done only by Developers? (I am asking this as I am not a developer.)
