    Hi Mick,

    As outlined in the Limitations for ticket redaction
    "Redaction of conversation attachments is not supported for web and mobile messages, social messages, or Sunshine Conversations."

    We appreciate your input though. Our Product Managers actively monitor our feedback threads, and conversations with high user engagement ultimately get flagged by the team for roadmap planning. Thank you!

    It seems that it is now possible to delete attachments in WhatsApp tickets. I'm glad you guys picked this up so quickly. I think many more Zendesk users will be happy with this addition!

    We are experiencing issues with this feature.   Sometimes we _are_ able to redact whatsapp tickets, but sometimes we are not.   This is independent of ticket status (open / pending / solved / closed) , it either works or it does not.
