Today, we’re thrilled to officially announce the launch of Zendesk User Groups!
This user-led program is here to help you connect, learn, and share with others using Zendesk daily.
Quite simply, it’s meant for users, by users.
The Community Team and I have heard for a long time that you want more opportunities to connect with others and learn how they use Zendesk. What’s great about this program is that you’ll be able to do that and develop your skills and professional networks in the process.
We’ve seen user groups focused only on location in the past. We feel that’s pretty limiting since so many of us work from home. That’s why we’ve launched chapters not only on location but also by industry and interest. It’s now easier than ever to connect with people in your area, industry, or those with similar job roles.
