We are trying to integrate the "Zendesk Support for Jira" app in our Jira project to communicate with our support agencies' Zendesk Support account. This works fine for communication but it also shows us the internal notes of our agency, which they don't want us to see due to internal use.
This is blocking us to start using this app which saves us a lot of time using email or other applications to communicate and use multiple applications. We can do it all in one place. Can you please provide some options to hide it?
