empty blank email as replying to zendesk company users

    Hi there,
    Per our Master Subscription Agreement, Support is limited to Agents and Adminds of accounts (Ecwid). From what I understand, you are using Roundcube software (web-based IMAP email client) and all your responses are empty once it's delivered to Zendesk. 
    Are you receiving an email bounce? If yes, we suggest that you check Common issues with email deliverability to troubleshoot the issue. Also, do you have other email addresses that you can use like Gmail or Yahoo to test this out if Ecwid will be able to receive your email. I'm afraid we're limited on how we can troubleshoot this email delivery issue without Ecwid support reporting this to us.
