Zendesk Talk Integrated with Headset Hardware
No planeadaA great feature would be to have Zendesk talk integrated with headset hardware features. Allowing agents to answer calls, disconnect from calls, and mute calls with a touch of a button on their headsets. Thanks!

Thank you for the email. That'a a good suggestion. While headset hardware integration is not currently on the roadmap, we will add that in there for future prioritisation.
