[Time tracking app] Adding a field that is counting time in minutes.
Hi.
We are using your time-tracking app which is great. However, there seems to be one useful field missing.
We would love to have a hidden field that counts the time in minutes in order to bill our customers through it.
Currently, there is a field that counts in seconds, thus we believe that it will not be so hard to add another field.
If there was a field that counts in minutes, it would be very easy to set up a trigger that sends customers the total time (in minutes) for which they are going to be billed.
We know that this is most probably not the use the app was made for. However, we could really use it to bill our customers without using API.
We think we would not be the only ones who benefit from this.
Do you think this would be possible?

Thank you for the feedback on a Zendesk application, and well we don't have any current plans to include another field to track minutes via a hidden field, it is something we can review in the future.
