Zendesk's User Groups program launched in November, and we are now accepting applications for our next round of User Group Leaders!
Serving as a volunteer User Group Leader is a great way to build up your professional profile, gain leadership skills, and expand your Zendesk network. User Group Leaders are responsible for planning and hosting meetups for their group chapter 4-8 times per year. Most groups are currently meeting virtually.
You can lead a group for your city, or based around a role or industry. We currently have user groups for several locations, roles (such as community managers or admins), and sectors (including retail, gaming, and enterprise.)
User Group Leaders receive training and lots of support from the Community Team, as well as a variety of perks and benefits.
