Tickets by requester wait time brackets in Support standard dashboard has nonsensical sorting
The sorting of brackets in the dashboard field "Tickets by requester wait time brackets" in the Explore Support dashboard aren't in order of time:
Could these be updated so that they read from longest to shortest, or shortest to longest, as long as they're in order?
Zendesk Support - Any news on this one? I agree with Alex. The existing sort is not logical.
