    Hi Connectors Kantanai,

    This API is adding a comment to the ticket. Although it appears in the agent workspace similar to chat messages, it is completely different object. If the user has an email address on their account, it will be delivered to it.

    If you are looking to add messages to chat, have a look at the live chat API.
