Is there a way to download all tickets raised by one customer in Zendesk?Respondida
The customers of my company sometimes request the data subject access request (DSAR) when they close their accounts with us. To complete these requests, at the moment we have to download each ticket as a pdf separately, which proves to be a strenuous task if the customer has more than 10 tickets on their account.
I was wondering if there was an option or extension that would enable the zip download of all tickets for a particular user? These have to include comments (don't have to include internal notes, though).
I'll appreciate any help.
Natively, there isn't a way to export tickets from a specific user and download it in PDF considering our available ticket export options here. I found this app which seems to be the closest feature that can address or achieve your goal: Print Ticket History
You can filter by user and select all the tickets you want to print. The ZIP file includes the tickets saved in PDF.

Hey both, however, this addon provides TOO MUCH information for the customer - for a DSAR request we would only need the content of the message, whereas this plugin also provides details like triggers and device used by the agent handling the case - and there's no option to filter that out.
If there would be an option to filter that out, that would be handy.
