Apps and integration of widget

Hi,
We developed a widget and I have that url with me. I want to integrate my widget to zendesk. First, I want to know how I can install or add a third party widget into Zendesk.
Second, After integration of the widget is done how can i communicate between the widget I added and your CRM. In this, I have to achieve three tasks:
1. Whenever a call comes in the widget, as soon as the call connects we need to pop up the customer details in the zendesk CRM.
2. Click to call from the CRM. If we click on the phone number in the CRM, it needs to be dialed from the widget.3. After the call is completed when the disposition is submitted in the widget the disposition needs to be passed to the CRM.
For Achieving these things what steps i have to follow can you please share any document.
In the Zendesk market place in apps i found Genesys Cloud.I think if i install Genesys cloud there in zendesk directly the widget will open and display the details of the call in the zendesk page through a popup. In the same way how can i achieve this by a third party widget. Let me know the process.

You'll want to develop this into a Zendesk app. Below I've provided some relevant links to your questions.
- To pop up the customer details in Zendesk you'll want to use the routeTo method.
- You'd need Zendesk Talk Partner edition for this
- You'll want to use the client request method to do an API call to create a ticket most likely.

fom your response i came to know that i need Zendesk Talk partner edition for my requirement. Can you please update the details related to that. And I want to confirm that all the use cases of my .requirement is supported by zendesk or not. If yes i want to know Api's. Please share any document link to refer.
