Article Verification Notifications
I currently receive an automated email regarding Help Center articles that have not been "verified" but I would like to include additional teammates/email address to this automation. Is this possible? If so, where is it controlled/managed?

This is because you used that mail Id to create Zendesk account so you are getting this on that ID.
