It would be great if the training platform is made up not just videos to watch for each course catalog but if it could also contain at least 1 person access Zendesk environment for a learner to test and practise what they have watched. The seven days trial account is not enough to learn and test an entire admin and agent course catalog. The Salesforce Trailblazer is a good model.
This would create an environment for more zendesk developers, admins etc in the customer service industry.
