Ticket entry form at .../requests/new is stuck in a cache?

    Hey Noah, are you trying to edit a new ticket, or configure a ticket form? There's no cache flush button, but you will need to 'Submit' a ticket for changes to be saved.

    @christopher the form, specifically I’m trying to use the dynamic content system to add localized labels to our custom fields in the form. And when that didn’t work, I started making other changes like adjusting field order which also didn’t show up either.

    After making any changes to the form or fields you'll likely need to perform a hard refresh in your browser to see the changes, as the previous version is cached (as you suspected).

    @christopher I have done that, and used different browsers, and disabled my local cache. Whatever this is, it's on the Zendesk side :-/

    In that case it sounds like something is wrong, I'd raise a ticket with the support team.
