Define a segment with exclude and include logic

This is absolutely necessary with larger and more complex organizations. Within my organization we often have contractors that work for us. We also host our internal knowledge repository in the Zendesk system restricted to staff only. Our contractors need our email domain to get access into systems they need to work. However, we don't want them to have access to all proprietary information. Having the ability to exclude them without having to do a manual process for all other employees is critical. Not having this extremely limits our ability to operate with these partners.
