We have some Mobile SDK apps that perform different actions (e.g, creating Zendesk user identity, creating tickets etc).
What happens when the setup settings get completely deleted (either on purpose or by mistake)?
- Does Zendesk have a backup that continues collecting some incoming data?
- Will we have to redeploy the app to the store with new credentials written from scratch, or is there a way to revert the changes?
