Reporting on newly held tickets
I'm looking to report on how many tickets are moved to a state of On Hold in a set period (weekly).
I can report on the total backlog easily. And I can report on tickets *created* last week that are in status On Hold. But I can't split the difference an find tickets that were updated to be On Hold, regardless of when they were initially created.

Hi Emma Coley - I guess you can actually create a trigger which will add tags for those tickets that have been moved to "On-Hold" status.
Something like this. -
thanks! and then the report I create would just be looking at that tag being added in a time period?
